OrderTokens.com is dedicated to providing quality products, and we want 100% satisfaction for your experience.
If you are not satisfied with our products, we will refund your credit card account or send a check for the purchase amount as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition, within 15 days of the customer's receipt. The refund will be for the price of the merchandise. We will not refund any shipping costs.
Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect?
We ship each order with care and special attention but, on occasion, orders are damaged in transit. If your order is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please keep all the original boxes and packaging material. Give us a call just with in 15 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to assist you in making sure you’re ultimately happy with your purchase. Or you can also email us at info@ordertokens.com.

Shipping and Handling
OrderTokens.com will ship your tokens USPS within 5-10 business days, barring inventory shortages. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are made via the U.S. Postal Service and shipped Parcel Post. Shipping to the continental US is $6.50; Alaska and Hawaii is $9.00. If you would prefer your tokens be shipped UPS on your own account, please provide your account information or call for details.
If you have special needs and want your tokens shipped faster than ground, we recommend calling us before you order. Once we determine your required timeframe for delivery, we can give you a cost estimate for expedited shipping. If after your expedited shipping request we are unable to ship your product via 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, we will contact you immediately by email or phone. If we are unable to provide expedited shipping, we will not ship your item(s) until we have confirmed with you regarding shipping costs or time-frames.
